Welcome to Terrace Manor, a small neighborhood with a rich history!  Established in the early 1900s, Terrace Manor was nicknamed "duck alley".  It is located within the town of Manhasset, New York which was settled in 1680. The Terrace Manor Civic Asssociation (TMCA) provides residents and potential residents with information concerning current events, town regulations/ordinances, service schedules and miscellaneous information pertaining to specifics concerning our community. 

What We Do

The TMCA keeps residents up to date concerning town and local civic activities and regulations.  We provide all registered TMCA families with an internet email access within our own website domain.  Residents are apprised of current events, town hall meetings, special elections, services and town ordinances through access to the TMCA website , newsletters and e-mailings.  Residents without email access get TMCA Newsletters delivered to their homes.
